1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Andrea Vincenti (hereinafter "we", "the Guide", or "the Service Provider") and any person (hereinafter "the Client") who enquires about or books a private tour or travel experience through this website or via direct communication. By submitting a booking request, the Client agrees to these terms in full.

Tour services may be organised and provided in collaboration with Teseotur, our agency partner. In such cases, Teseotur's own booking terms may also apply and will be communicated at the time of booking.

2. Services

Andrea Vincenti designs and leads custom private tours across Italy. All itineraries are tailored specifically to the Client's interests, travel dates, group size, and pace. The sample itineraries published on this website are provided for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a contractual offer.

The exact scope of each tour — including destinations, duration, inclusions, and price — is confirmed in writing between the Guide and the Client before any deposit is made.

3. Booking process

  1. The Client submits an enquiry via the website contact form or by email.
  2. Andrea Vincenti responds with a personalised itinerary proposal and a detailed quotation.
  3. Once the Client confirms they wish to proceed, a written booking confirmation is issued.
  4. A deposit is required to secure the booking (see Section 4).
  5. Full payment is due as specified in the booking confirmation.

No booking is confirmed until the deposit has been received and the Guide has sent a written confirmation.

4. Pricing, deposit and payment

All prices are quoted in Euro (€) and are specific to the agreed itinerary. Prices include the Guide's fees and any services explicitly listed in the quotation. Flights, accommodation, and personal expenses are not included unless otherwise stated.

A deposit of 30% of the total tour price is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before the tour start date. For bookings made within 30 days of the tour start date, full payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Payment methods and bank details will be communicated in the booking confirmation.

5. Cancellation and changes by the Client

All cancellations must be notified in writing (by email) to info@andreavincenti.com. The following cancellation fees apply:

Requests to change tour dates or itinerary are accommodated wherever possible and subject to availability. Significant changes requested within 30 days of departure may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.

6. Cancellation by the Guide

Andrea Vincenti reserves the right to cancel a tour in exceptional circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, serious illness, natural disasters, government travel restrictions, etc.). In such cases, the Client will be offered the choice of a full refund of all amounts paid, or rescheduling to alternative dates at no additional cost.

7. Travel insurance

We strongly recommend that all Clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal liability before confirming a booking. The Guide accepts no responsibility for costs incurred due to the Client's failure to obtain appropriate insurance.

8. Responsibility and liability

Andrea Vincenti acts as a personal guide and travel designer. We are not a travel agency or tour operator in the regulated legal sense and are not liable for services provided by third parties such as hotels, transport providers, restaurants, or attractions.

Our liability in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with a tour is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for that tour. We accept no liability for indirect or consequential losses.

Clients participate in all activities at their own risk and are responsible for their own health, safety, and behaviour during the tour.

9. Complaints

Any complaints should be raised with the Guide at the earliest opportunity during the tour so that we may attempt to resolve them immediately. Complaints submitted after the tour must be sent in writing within 14 days of the tour end date to info@andreavincenti.com.

10. Privacy

The processing of personal data provided by the Client in connection with a booking is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.

12. Changes to these terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking request is the version that applies to your booking.
