This assistance is limited to the first call. Additional medical services or consultations can be arranged upon request, including specialized consultations if needed.
I specialize in small group experiences to ensure a more personalized and immersive journey. While I typically work with up to 6–8 guests, tours can also be designed for single families or slightly larger private groups upon request. For special occasions or multi-family trips, group size and logistics can be discussed and adapted accordingly.
Yes. Transportation during the tour is fully provided from the welcome meeting through the final breakfast, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the itinerary.
Optional services — such as airport transfers or additional day trips outside the planned itinerary — can be arranged upon request.
Absolutely. Please share any dietary preferences or restrictions during the planning phase, and I will ensure that dining experiences are selected and adapted accordingly.
Yes. Upon request, it is possible to arrange a consultation with a qualified nutrition and dietary specialist, particularly helpful for guests with specific dietary needs, health considerations, or long-term food-related concerns.
This optional service can be discussed during the planning phase or, when feasible, arranged during the journey, depending on availability.
A deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before the start of the tour. Payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and secure online payment platforms.
Please note that certain accommodations, experiences, or transportation services may have their own cancellation policies. These will be clearly outlined in the booking agreement.
All meals agreed upon during the itinerary planning phase are included in the tour price. Depending on the custom itinerary, this may include breakfasts, selected lunches, and/or dinners.
Meals outside the agreed plan are at the participant’s discretion.
Flexibility is central to a personalized experience. While certain elements (such as accommodations and pre-booked guided visits) are fixed, I am always open to adjusting the schedule where possible to accommodate new interests or spontaneous ideas.
